Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java 11/17+
• RESTful APIs and API Design
• Hibernate/JPA
• Kafka or other messaging platforms
• SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications.
• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build responsive and high-performing front-end applications using React.js.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Participate in release planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
