Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design and deliver large-scale enterprise web applications. You will work across Java Spring Boot, React-like front-end patterns, and microservices, with cloud deployment and AI-assisted tools.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and secure SDLC practices are required to succeed in a modern fintech environment. The role emphasizes end-to-end development, performance optimization, and cross-functional teamwork in a global consulting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java-based technologies including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• MS SQL Server and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with Secure SDLC and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain large-scale enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices Architecture.
• Develop, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Implement secure coding standards and Secure SDLC practices.
• Develop complex SQL queries, views, and procedures using MS SQL Server and optimize performance.
• Develop and deploy apps using CI/CD pipelines; use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Develop and support cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS, or GCP; use GitHub for source control.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and promote AI-powered engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability; apply multithreading & concurrent programming where needed.
• Participate in architecture, design, and tech selection discussions; mentor junior developers.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
