Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices.
• Share your passion for tech trends, mentor, and occasionally code or evaluate code.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Lead teams using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Open Source databases, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Lead multiple Agile teams, define roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Develop and manage Lead Engineers, build succession plans, scale leadership.
• Drive alignment between engineering execution and enterprise goals.
• Drive end-to-end design of large-scale distributed or cloud-native systems.
