Job summary

You will oversee multi-team programs, advance modernization efforts, and shape roadmaps while ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and participate in code evaluation when needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Define multi-year roadmaps and investment priorities with architecture and platform leaders.
• Develop leaders, scale organizations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
