Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and participate in architecture reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for a broad user base.
• Define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities across teams.
• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native systems with high reliability.
