Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices.
• Mentor engineering talent and drive major technology transformations.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Guide teams using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and databases.
• Oversee Agile programs and define multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Develop leaders, scaling leadership across teams and aligning with enterprise goals.
• Ensure end-to-end design and reliable, high-performance cloud-native systems.
