Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Full-stack Engineer- People Leader to drive technology strategy and mentor high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. You will lead multiple agile engineering teams and guide design and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native systems using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, and TypeScript.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, and platform leaders to define multi-year roadmaps, manage leadership development, and ensure delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms.
