Job summary

Cydcor, a leader in outsourced sales, is hiring a Principal Engineer — Full Stack for in‑office work in Agoura Hills, CA. The role spans Salesforce, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, with a focus on engineering fundamentals and cross‑team collaboration.

You will guide technical design, review code, and drive CI/CD practices while partnering with specialists to deliver robust, scalable solutions and mentorship to peers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong general‑purpose programming skills; platform‑agnostic.
• Hands‑on experience with at least three: Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, MuleSoft, JavaScript, Salesforce, CI/CD, Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain solutions across the stack, including backend services, integrations, data flows, and Salesforce customizations.
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions to raise quality and consistency.
• Own deployment and release processes (CI/CD, environment management, production deployments).
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
