Job summary

Cologix, Inc. in Denver is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Corporate Systems team overseeing Salesforce and MuleSoft engineering. You will guide developers to implement and maintain enterprise CRM and ETL integrations, ensuring scalable and reliable platforms.

The ideal candidate excels in leadership, has deep Salesforce/MuleSoft expertise, and demonstrates a track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in a Sr Engineering, Sr Product Management, or equivalent role.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in software/IT environment.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM, integration, and ETL solutions, with direct Salesforce and MuleSoft experience preferred.
• PMP/Scrum certification is a plus; authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of developers, ensuring they have the information, connections, tools, and attention needed to remain unblocked and on track.
• Facilitate regular team ceremonies, status meetings, and planning discussions to drive project delivery.
• Provide input during design and development phases of the SDLC, including integration architecture and data management best practices.
• Triage and prioritize escalated platforms, data integration, and data quality issues with timely resolution.
• Provide project status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for assigned projects.
• Ensure software engineering quality and compliance standards across initiatives.
• Gather feedback and scout emerging CRM/integration technologies to guide roadmaps.
