Job summary

Cologix, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Software Engineering Manager for the Corporate Systems group, overseeing Salesforce and MuleSoft engineering. You will guide a team of developers implementing customizations and integrations across essential business platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an individual contributor in engineering or product roles and 3+ years in leadership, with CRM, data management, and analytics experience; PMP/Scrum is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years as Sr Engineer/PM with individual contributor background.
• 3+ years of management or leadership in software/IT.
• Experience with enterprise CRM/ETL, Salesforce and MuleSoft preferred.
• PMP/Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Own design and architecture discussions for SDLC, including integration and data management.
• Prioritize workload and manage roadmap milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Track issues, ensure data quality and platform reliability.
• Guide deployment, release planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Provide status updates to executives.
