You will mentor engineers, review code, and stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate features while ensuring architectural integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java and Ruby.
• Proven experience with distributed systems development, scaling and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
