Job summary

The Sr. Software Engineer at Eliassen Group is a hands-on, full-stack developer who builds healthcare technology platforms.

You will work remotely, developing React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services, collaborating with stakeholders and product teams to deliver prioritized uses cases. The role demands 10+ years in OO development with .NET, strong Azure experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted engineering.

Qualifications

10+ years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure API Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices, including LLM-based tooling, code generation, and workflow automation.
Experience with NoSQL databases, namely Azure Cosmos DB.
Experience with REST APIs and integrating multiple data sources.
Experience writing automated unit, system, and regression tests using NUnit.
Strong DevSecOps principles with security embedded in code, CI/CD, and cloud.
Understanding of Azure Data Factory is a plus.
Understanding of Release Management principles in structured environments for managing release levels and deployments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environments.
Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities

Develop across the full stack, building React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services.
Rewrite and re-engineer legacy applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
Apply AI-assisted engineering using LLMs, AI developer tooling, and automation to raise development velocity and quality.
Implement solutions following best practices, writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Develop design patterns and standards and participate in refactoring or new technology efforts.
Ensure automated unit, system, and regression testing coverage prior to launch, using NUnit.
Perform peer coding and design reviews with peers.
Adhere to Agile DevOps processes, tools, and environments for requirements, design, construction, QA, version control, deployment, troubleshooting, and change management.
