Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join our healthcare-focused platforms. You will personally own full-stack development using React and C#/.NET, apply AI-assisted engineering, and deliver secure, maintainable components in an Agile DevOps environment.

The role is remote, permanent, and requires at least 10 years of experience with Microsoft tech and Azure services. The team emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and quality in production deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services and REST APIs in production environments.
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering tools, LLM-based tooling, and automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, notably Azure Cosmos DB.
• Strong DevSecOps, security in code, CI/CD and cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent; MS certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop across the full stack: React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services.
• Rewrite legacy apps using Microsoft tech stack with best practices.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to raise velocity and quality.
• Ensure automated tests and documentation are in place prior to release.
• Adhere to Agile DevOps processes and secure coding practices.
• Coordinate with product owners and designers on requirements.
• Provide deployment docs, maintenance, tuning, and support.
