Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to deliver hands-on full-stack development for healthcare technology platforms. You will build React front ends with C#/.NET back-end services, aligning with architecture standards and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Role involves collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and product management in an Agile DevOps environment. You will ensure code quality with NUnit tests, participate in design reviews, and help drive secure, scalable

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of object-oriented software development and maintenance using C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices, including LLM-based tooling, code generation, and workflow automation.
Experience with REST APIs and integrating multiple data sources.
Strong DevSecOps principles with security embedded in code, CI/CD, and cloud.

Responsibilities

Work across the full stack, developing React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services to develop, test, deploy, and maintain solution components.
Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
Apply AI-assisted engineering using LLMs, AI developer tooling, and automation to raise development velocity and quality.
Implement solutions following best practices, writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code with sound design patterns and documentation.
Develop design patterns and standards and participate in refactoring or new technology efforts, including research and communication of new patterns for team adoption.
Ensure automated unit, system, and regression testing coverage prior to launch, writing manual and automated test cases using NUnit.
Perform peer coding and design reviews with peer developers.
Conduct independent verification and validation through test case development and test plan execution to ensure production readiness.
Adhere to Agile DevOps processes, tools, and environments for requirements, design, construction, QA, version control, deployment, troubleshooting, and change management.
Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure security and data integrity aligned with PCI and HIPAA goals.
Execute deployment logistics and documentation and provide ongoing support, maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Ensure solution architecture aligns with applicable regulations, policies, security protocols, and procedures.
Partner with product owners and designers in requirements discovery and usability sessions.
Work closely with technology and business partners to ensure proper testing, implementation, and documentation.
Create documentation on current software state and historical process accounts.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Follow policies and procedures, complete required training and screenings, and communicate with the supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
Exercise flexibility as business needs evolve and perform other duties as assigned.
