Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to work remotely in the US, building full‑stack solutions for healthcare platforms using React and C#/.NET. You will integrate AI-assisted tooling, maintain secure, scalable services, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver prioritized business outcomes.

You must have senior-level experience, strong Azure skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality code in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OO software development with C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React.js front ends and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services (Cosmos DB, REST APIs).
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering tools, LLM-based tooling, automation.
• Strong DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop across front ends and back-end services to meet business use cases.
• Rewrite legacy applications using Microsoft tech stack.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to raise velocity and quality.
• Write clean, maintainable code with solid design patterns and docs.
• Ensure automated tests (unit, system, regression) with NUnit.
• Contribute to Agile DevOps processes and deployment activities.
• Engage with product owners and designers during requirements discovery.
