Exadel Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, build, and scale large-scale web applications powering a vehicle lifecycle platform. You will contribute to architecture, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery across a distributed team.

The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, emphasizing performance, security, and scalable design across backend (Python/Node.js) and frontend (React/Vue/Next.js) technologies in a remote/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend experience with Python or Node.js
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js)
• Ability to design scalable apps with clean code and architecture
• Strong API, microservices, and system integration knowledge
• Cloud experience (AWS) and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Ownership, leadership, and guiding other engineers
• Collaborative, proactive communication in distributed teams
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Develop new features and enhancements with well-tested, maintainable code
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces
• Analyze and resolve bugs while aligning solutions with business requirements
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
• Provide technical leadership through design discussions and code reviews
• Participate in estimation, prioritization, and planning within engineering processes
