You will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborate with product and UX, and drive API design and system integrations across cloud services, primarily AWS. Strong ownership and English communication are essential.

It combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, contributing to architecture and mentoring teammates on a distributed product team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Ship new features and enhancements through well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs while resolving bugs and edge cases
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in estimation, prioritization, and sprint planning aligned with engineering processes

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Python or Node.js on the backend
• Proven track record with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) and SQL or NoSQL databases
• Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers
• Collaborative, proactive communication style suited to distributed teams; upper-intermediate English
