You will collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help reduce tech debt while shipping robust features. The role offers remote work from Canada and compensation aligned with tiered city ranges.

Qualifications

6+ years developing with modern web frameworks (Rails, Django, or similar).
Experience with front end technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript.
Full stack capability with potential specialization in one area.
Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and cross functional discussions.
Active daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).

Responsibilities

Build scalable, maintainable software solutions across full stack development.
Develop using AI augmented workflows. Our engineers use Claude Code as their primary development tool with MCP connections to production data, Jira, Notion, Sentry, and Datadog.
Diagnose bugs and address root causes to enhance stability; participate in on call rotations.
Actively engage in code reviews and technical discussions to improve team collaboration.
Systematically identify and mitigate technical debt.
Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in learning opportunities.
