Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead hands-on design and delivery across front-end, back-end, data, and hosting for the Wisconsin Medicaid Market.

You will drive modernization, reduce technical debt, and establish platform consistency while mentoring engineers. The role emphasizes autonomy, cloud-native patterns with containers and Kubernetes, and responsible use of Humana-approved AI tools to accelerate quality and delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server, Windows-based services) and Azure.
• Experience building cloud-based solutions with a focus on reliability and security.
