Humana is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead hands-on, end-to-end development across front-end, back-end, data, integrations, and hosting for the Wisconsin Medicaid Market. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and testing software and/or infrastructure.
• 2–5 years hands-on with the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server, Windows-based services).
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions; preference for Azure.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and delivery of applications across full stack for Wisconsin Medicaid Market.
• Work across multiple core administration platforms and services.
• Identify technical debt and reliability gaps to improve scalability and supportability.
• Support modernization with automation and repeatable patterns.
• Partner with IT leadership and architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Ensure security/compliance, including security-as-code in pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and coach delivery practices; model AI-assisted development.
