You will set technical direction, reduce debt, and enhance reliability and automation while mentoring engineers to ensure secure, compliant delivery.

The role emphasizes full-stack proficiency in .NET, Azure, React, Docker, and Kubernetes, with a strong focus on healthcare domain experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
• 5+ years of software application or infrastructure experience.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience with .NET, SQL Server, and Windows-based services.
• Cloud solution experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design, development, and modernization of applications and platforms across front-end, back-end, data, integrations, and hosting.
• Set technical direction across multiple health plan technology stacks, reduce technical debt, improve reliability and automation.
• Mentor engineers while ensuring secure, compliant delivery.
