About The Opportunity

At Jerry.ai, we've redefined car ownership with digital solutions. We're expanding with Propelix, a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We're seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer for our Chatbot Team at Propelix, to develop a platform enabling businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions.

This role involves participating in all product development phases, from user communication to deployment, contributing as a product designer and planner.

Ideal candidates love solving complex problems with scalable solutions, have a passion for elegant software design, and understand modern ecosystems to push the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform, maintaining high engineering standards
• Build tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Utilize LLM knowledge to enhance conversation flows and responses
• Help shape Propelix as a leading conversational AI SaaS
• Support junior engineers and foster continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong foundation in software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (JavaScript, React, Node.js preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at high-growth companies is a plus

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React Native skills, and open-source contributions.
