Sr. Full Stack Engineer w/AngularJS and Java (remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, AWS, and SQL. This role involves leadership responsibilities, including planning strategies, and aims to ensure robust and efficient system operations to support our company's mission.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, AngularJS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL to meet business needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize applications, particularly for Asset & Wealth Management.
3. Ensure high-quality code through testing and debugging to maintain reliability and performance.
4. Translate user requirements into technical specifications for effective development.
5. Monitor and improve application performance by resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
6. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and foster a collaborative environment.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development.
8. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and improve code quality.
9. Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance.
10. Manage projects using agile methodologies for timely delivery.
11. Contribute to process improvements and enhance development productivity.
12. Gather feedback and refine software features for better user experience.
13. Document design and architecture for maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 7+ years of experience.
2. Proficiency in AngularJS, MySQL, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $81,337 to $141,500, depending on experience and qualifications. The position offers eligibility for Cognizant's incentive programs and stock awards based on performance.
