Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to contribute significantly to building software products for a growing enterprise organization.

You will build world-class frontend and backend solutions across both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience building production systems full stack across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or similar technologies.
• Experience building APIs and working with SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerized environments.
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tooling in development workflows and agentic patterns.
• Experience with event streaming systems like Kafka.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive decisions and outcomes.
