Job summary

EVERSANA's Waltz Health division seeks a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive architecture, development, and delivery of web, back-end, data, and cloud applications across the marketplace platform.

You will collaborate with product and architecture teams to define requirements, maintain a roadmap, and deliver scalable healthcare technology solutions. Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years of experience in full stack development, expertise in .NET, Python, React or Angular, and strong Azure skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full stack development and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack applications for Waltz Health marketplace and cash card products.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Business, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design, build, and support scalable, secure cloud-based apps on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS).
• Provide L2 production support, analyze feedback, and improve application functionality.
• Contribute to best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and QA.
• Design and implement API integrations, microservices, using .NET, Python, React/Angular, SQL, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure services.
• Participate in design reviews, document decisions, and promote inclusive culture.
