Job summary

EVERSANA, a global healthcare services company, is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive architecture, development, and delivery of web, back-end, data, and cloud applications for the Waltz Health marketplace platform.

The role requires leadership in building scalable applications on Microsoft Azure with .NET/C#, Python, and modern JavaScript; collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong troubleshooting and DevOps skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and professional experience.
• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack development and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience building scalable, secure applications on Microsoft Azure using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack applications for Waltz Health marketplace and cash card products, including web applications, back-end services, data ingestion, transformation, pricing, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Business, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, contribute to roadmap planning, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Design, build, and support scalable, secure, cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, data services, and supporting platform services.
• Provide L2 production support for escalated user issues and translate operational insights into roadmap improvements.
• Contribute to engineering best practices related to code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and release readiness.
• Design and implement API integrations, microservices, and reusable services using .NET, Python, React/Angular, SQL databases, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure-native services.
