Job summary

EverHealth, part of EverCommerce, seeks a Software Engineer IV to design and deliver features across our healthcare platform. This remote, US/Canada role supports patients and providers with scalable, secure solutions.

You'll develop, test and deploy software, review code, and strengthen unit test coverage. Required: 5–8 years in Python/Django and modern SPA frameworks (React), REST/GraphQL, SQL Server, Redis, and strong OOP; HIPAA awareness encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years working with Python/Django and modern SPA frameworks (React)
• REST API / GraphQL experience (Apollo)
• OOP and relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL)
• Experience with ORM (SQLAlchemy) and Redis caching
• At least 1–2 years with AI/ML
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence and agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with health IT standards and HIPAA concepts
• Strong problem solving, debugging and code review skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated software for EverHealth products
• Code, test and deploy features and fixes
• Review pull requests and assist with debugging
• Expand and maintain unit test coverage and participate in agile ceremonies
