Job summary

Clarvos is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features from idea to production. You will design, build, deploy, and improve applications, influencing architecture and mentoring others in a fast-growing environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Engineering, and MLOps teams to deliver scalable solutions, emphasizing responsible AI usage and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of full stack engineering experience (exceptional candidates with 6+ years welcomed).
• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring.
• Expertise with modern frontend technologies: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular.
• Experience building and scaling web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of caching strategies and API optimization.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading complex technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable web applications across frontend and backend.
• Design and optimize APIs, data models, and system architecture for scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and MLOps teams to bring solutions to market.
• Lead architecture discussions and evaluate new technologies.
• Code reviews, engineering best practices, and mentoring.
• Monitor system health, reliability, and performance metrics.
• Document architecture decisions and implementation details.
• Champion clean code and modern development practices.
