Job summary

Crexi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, to design, build, test, and ship end-to-end features across Crexi’s platform—from UI to APIs and data. You’ll work with Product and Design to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while upholding quality and security.

A typical day includes building full-stack apps in TypeScript (Angular preferred), crafting APIs with Node.js, and collaborating across teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience across front-end and back-end contexts.
• Proven full-stack capability shipping features end-to-end (UI → API → data).
• Strong experience building modern web UIs using TypeScript (Angular preferred).
• Backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, performance considerations.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD basics.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants (Copilot/Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript across front-end and back-end.
• Build high-quality, customer-facing user interfaces with Angular.
• Translate designs into responsive experiences across devices.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Node.js/TypeScript) including REST/GraphQL.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
• Author and maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and system behavior.
