Job summary

Claryo in San Francisco seeks a Lead Developer (Full Stack) to own the product layer of our system, overseeing the frontend experience and the API/application layer. You’ll ship end-to-end product workflows across multiple facilities, collaborating with backend/data engineers and SRE for reliable, scalable solutions.

This high-ownership role defines patterns, unblocks teams, and shapes how the product works as we scale, with SF office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Experience owning end-to-end features or products, not just components.
• Comfortable working across the stack (frontend + API layer).

Responsibilities

• Drive frontend development with Next.js/TypeScript and oversee the API/application layer.
• Design robust end-to-end product workflows and review automated code contributions.
• Implement testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and safety.
• Build and maintain customer-facing UI for live operations and analytics, and internal tooling for deployments.
• Collaborate with product to translate high-level requirements into concrete workflows and implementations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and evolve API contracts and data interactions.
• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own authentication flows and system integration at the product layer.
