Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operations. You will use Java with Spring Boot for backend services and React with TypeScript for frontend experiences, with Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, end-to-end ownership of features, and collaboration with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on with Java and Spring, REST services and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and modern testing.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience building cloud-based, containerized apps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed architectures, and event-driven design.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React, TypeScript, and accessible UI patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with clear OpenAPI contracts.
