Job summary

CSA Partners in Lindon, Utah, seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain applications and integrations centered on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software in small teams.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying in Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile practices.
• 2+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse development.
• Understanding of CI/CD and software release processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ReactJS for internal and external customers.
• Design intuitive front-end solutions to improve workflows for Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Build, support, and extend C#/.NET APIs to support front-end features and enable data exchange across systems (Dynamics 365/Dataverse).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Ensure front-end performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Design and manage database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Azure App Service and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment and support in Agile practices.
• Design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and Dataverse integrations.
• Build AI integrations, agents, and MCP servers connecting AI to CRM data.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up prototyping while upholding code quality.
• Support teammates to foster learning and collaboration.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
