Job summary

Premera Blue Cross seeks a Software Development Engineer IV to lead and guide enterprise software delivery, shaping CRM capabilities in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related services. You’ll partner with IT leaders to drive data‑driven decisions and ensure scalable, reliable software across our hybrid team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required.
• 8+ years of software development experience with lifecycle knowledge.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience.
• Proficiency in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Azure services to extend and integrate D365 capabilities.
• Experience with data surfacing strategies like PCF and virtual entities.
• Strong CRM UX understanding for front-line support teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid environments.
• Exposure to cloud solutions and prior agile work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CRM capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Canvas Apps, model‑driven apps, Power Automate).
• Support integrations with Genesys, Facets, and other internal systems for a unified experience.
• Build and maintain plug‑ins, workflows, Power Platform components, and data integrations via Dataverse and external APIs.
• Optimize performance, usability, and automation for CSR call, chat, and email flows.
• Enable AI-driven experiences through virtual agents, case summarization, and routing.
