Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to design and develop applications, client portals, and reports. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering depth and quality.

The role requires strong back-end (C#/.NET Core, Python) and front-end (JS frameworks) skills, cloud deployment, and mentorship for junior engineers. This is a hybrid position at our Salt Lake City headquarters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#/.NET Core and Python back-ends.
• Strong API design, data modeling, and database querying.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure software solutions end to end.
• Lead complex features and resolve high-impact technical issues.
• Define coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability via code and architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Engage in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Promote continuous learning and tool adoption within the team.
• Own technical aspects of projects and ensure timely delivery.
