Nexamp Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help optimize tech solutions and accelerate Nexamp's sustainable energy future. You will work on internal financial modeling tools and drive projects from conception to completion within a hybrid role based in Boston.

The role emphasizes writing quality code in a React/Django/Azure stack, collaborating across sprint planning, reviews, and mentorship, and owning scalable patterns while guiding more junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack software development experience at companies with 10+ developers.
• Experience building frontends in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (Django/FastAPI).
• Strong SQL and relational databases expertise.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value by translating objectives into measurable software changes for Nexamp and customers.
• Write production software in our React/Django/Azure stack.
• Collaborate in sprint planning, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Own design decisions across the stack and establish scalable patterns and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to elevate the team.
• Continuously level-up skills and contribute to company impact.
