Qualifications

• Fast-learner, proactive and able to pick up new things quickly.
• Builder: experience with Typescript, Kotlin, React.js, NextJS, Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Product minded: passion for building something people want and talking to users to learn their needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development.
• Combine in house and 3rd party API provider functionality to build holistic HR platform.
• Define our engineering culture and best practices from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with our CTO and CEO and directly impact product roadmap.
