Big Leap Health, Inc. in New York City is seeking a full-stack engineer to join our growing team. You will own features end-to-end, ship production-ready code, and contribute to building scalable workflows that empower clinics to deliver breakthrough mental health treatments.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years building modern full-stack web apps, startup experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This in-person role is 3-4 days/week in the NYC office and offers strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience building and shipping modern full-stack web applications.
• Experience at VC-backed digital healthcare startups; ability to move quickly and focus on outcomes.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Maker mindset with side projects or indie apps.
• Excited to work in person in NYC with a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end workflows from database schemas to UI components.
• Take features to production and ship high-impact software.
• Raise the bar for code quality and decision-making as the team scales.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver patient-focused solutions.
• Own features from design through deployment.
