Talent Connect Group (TCG) is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in New York City. You’ll own features across the stack, building intuitive experiences and robust services. The role emphasizes collaboration, architectural judgement and delivering high-quality software in a hybrid team.

You’ll work with a modern, strongly typed stack, shaping APIs, data models and platforms while balancing rapid delivery with long-term maintainability. Equity and bonus potential accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong experience with TypeScript or a comparable modern language.
• Commercial frontend development with a modern component-based framework.
• Backend development using Node.js or similar.
• Experience with relational or document databases, data modelling and query optimisation.
• Understanding API design and frontend-backend communication.
• Ability to work with complex data and evolving requirements.
• Ownership mindset and initiative in a mature codebase.

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Develop reliable backend systems, APIs and integrations.
• Design and optimise data models for scale.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shared tooling.
