Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production web apps as a senior engineer, owning features end to end.
• Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Experience with Vue 3 or React and Node/Express in a fullstack context.
• Experience modeling data in MongoDB and building scalable schemas.

Responsibilities

• Turn manual clinical and operational workflows into reliable software.
• Design API routes contract-first with shared schemas across frontend and backend.
• Build screens in Vue 3 within an internal component library.
• Integrate third-party vendors and APIs and support features in production.
