Talent Connect Group (TCG) is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in New York City. You’ll own features across the stack, building intuitive experiences and robust services. The role emphasizes collaboration, architectural judgement and delivering high-quality software in a hybrid team.
You’ll work with a modern, strongly typed stack, shaping APIs, data models and platforms while balancing rapid delivery with long-term maintainability. Equity and bonus potential accompany a competitive salary.
An ambitious, venture-backed healthtech company is building technology to modernise healthcare operations and improve how services are delivered, managed and scaled.
The business develops software that helps healthcare organisations streamline complex workflows, improve coordination and create more efficient experiences for both providers and the people they serve. Its platform brings together multiple operational processes within a unified technology environment, reducing friction and enabling teams to manage increasingly complex requirements as they grow.
Operating at the intersection of healthcare, data and software engineering, the company is tackling challenges that require more than straightforward application development. Its products must handle evolving business requirements, complex information, multiple system integrations and workflows that reflect the realities of a highly regulated, people-focused industry.
With strong investor backing and an expanding product roadmap, the business is entering an exciting stage of growth. Engineering will play a central role in developing new capabilities, strengthening the existing platform and establishing the technical foundations required for the next phase.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of key areas of product development and contribute across the application stack.
You’ll work across frontend experiences, backend services, data models and shared application infrastructure. Rather than operating within a narrowly defined technical function, you’ll have the opportunity to understand how different parts of the platform interact and take features from initial design through to production.
The environment is built around a modern, strongly typed web technology stack, with an emphasis on reusable components, reliable APIs and consistency between frontend and backend systems. The team values clear contracts, maintainable architecture and engineering practices that allow developers to move quickly without sacrificing reliability.
A significant part of the challenge lies in managing complexity. Data can be inconsistent, requirements evolve, external systems behave differently and workflows rarely follow a perfectly predictable path. You’ll help design software that accounts for these realities rather than relying on assumptions that break as the product scales.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving practical engineering problems, understands the trade-offs behind architectural decisions and is comfortable balancing immediate product needs with long-term technical quality.
Competitive base salary, alongside equity participation and performance-based bonus opportunities. This is an opportunity to share in the company's growth while making a meaningful contribution to the development of its product and long-term success.
