Job summary

Enzo Health is a healthcare technology company transforming home health operations with AI. We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure powering Enzo Health.

You’ll work across the stack to develop fast, reliable, intuitive products that automate critical workflows in home health. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup; you’ll solve complex problems and directly shape product and technical direction while collaborating with founders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full stack engineer in startup/high-growth environments.
• Strong front-end with React and back-end with Node.js and Python.
• Experience designing and building scalable systems and APIs.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML or integrating APIs (LLMs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
• Own major parts of the codebase and help define technical architecture.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
• Build systems that leverage AI/ML to automate healthcare workflows.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable code and establish best practices across the team.
• Mentor other engineers as the team grows.
