• Develop scalable frontend apps, backend services, APIs, and data-driven solutions supporting large-scale record and transaction volumes.
• Guide technical design decisions and shape architecture patterns enabling long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Own substantial projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and ongoing operation.
• Share expertise through technical discussions, mentorship, and contributions to an engineering blog.
