Datavant is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Austin to design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering our healthcare data ecosystem. You will work across frontend and backend, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that connect records and enable insights for providers, payers, researchers, and life sciences companies.

You'll mentor teammates, influence architectural direction, and help shape technical roadmaps while maintaining a strong product focus and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software systems.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience, including modern frontend development and backend services.
• Experience building customer-facing applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code and drive engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to production.
• Strong collaboration and communication across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Mentoring engineers and elevating the team's technical capabilities.
