Nivoda is hiring a Senior Engineer for the Growth Pod to own backend systems and frontend experiences that turn sign‑ups into active, paying customers. You’ll work on onboarding, verification, activation, and checkout, affecting whether a business converts and stays engaged within our fast‑moving marketplace.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, and Risk, own end‑to‑end flows, and shape how AI is used to accelerate development while ensuring high standards for security and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of experience in full‑stack product engineering.
• Strong React/TypeScript and modern front‑end practices (state management, performance, accessibility, testing).
• Genuine experimentation rigor with guardrail metrics and real‑world validation.
• Experience with workflow orchestration or event‑driven architectures that run continuously.
• Strong SQL and warehouse analysis skills (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
• Comfort using AI agents to build and test software and sanity‑check analytical work.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship React/Next.js interfaces for sign‑up, onboarding, verification, discovery and checkout.
• Partner with Design and Product to turn funnel insights into UI changes and tests.
• Own front‑end performance, accessibility and analytics instrumentation for the funnel.
• Build reusable components in the design system (MUI) representing the brand.
• Own backend services behind onboarding, verification, activation, and the sign‑up‑to‑purchase funnel.
• Design and build event‑driven, workflow‑orchestrated systems for account state (activation, churn, etc.).
• Integrate with identity verification, KYB/KYC, and fraud/risk providers; ensure resilience and monitoring.
• Write SQL and perform cohort/funnel analyses; verify results before decisions.
