Nivoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Growth pod in Boston. You will own growth surfaces from ideation to polished prototypes, influencing conversion, retention, and revenue across the marketplace.

You’ll harmonize pixels and patterns, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and bring AI-informed approaches to accelerate ideation and testing, while mentoring junior designers and shaping a strong design culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing UX thinking and measurable impact.
• Experience designing for complex, data-dense or catalog-heavy products such as marketplace or e-commerce.
• Fluent in UX and UI, with strong visual design and systems thinking.
• Track record of shipping quickly in close collaboration with engineers.
• Experience running user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and working with a component-based design system.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
• Based in or willing to commute to Boston for in-person collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle, driving conversion, retention and revenue.
• Design growth loops, referral mechanics, pricing surfaces, and monetisation features.
• Balance multiple workstreams; decide when to go deep on craft vs. ship quickly.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the pod.
• Conduct lightweight user research and ground decisions in real user behaviour.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure timely, accurate implementation of designs.
• Use data and experiments to validate decisions and iterate on design.
• Communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders in concise formats.
• Bring AI-informed perspectives to ideation, prototyping, and workflows.
• Mentor junior designers to foster strong craft and feedback culture.
