Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software experience, with growth or monetization focus.
• Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend.
• Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Judgment to balance speed and quality in a growth environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces with outcome-driven success.
• Collaborative with product, design, and analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship growth experiments end-to-end across the stack.
• Improve key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.
