Qualifications

• 3+ years building production web applications with strong full-stack fundamentals.
• Strong product and business sense with motivation to move growth and monetization metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using A/B testing, analytics, and interpreting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops that drive user growth.
• Implement monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows.
• Run A/B tests and iterate rapidly, building tooling to improve our experimentation framework.
