Job summary

Antidote Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and scale the engine behind our digital HMO. You will develop scalable backend services, orchestrate real-time data flows, and lead integrations with clinical and insurance partners.

This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration two days a week in our New York City office, with flexibility for those nearby within EST time zones. Responsibilities include building scalable systems with Python/Django and React, designing resilient

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Django fundamentals.
• Relational databases design/optimization (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Cloud-native architecture and GCP knowledge.
• Kubernetes and containerization expertise.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• BSc / MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend services using Python/Django.
• Develop robust APIs and data models for patient-facing features.
• Own features end-to-end from planning to CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product, design, and partners to build solutions.
• Implement testing strategies including unit and integration tests.
• Architect secure integrations with external healthcare systems and insurers.
• Leverage AI tools to improve velocity, code quality, and efficiency.
