Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for our Integrations team. You’ll own backend services that connect our platform to external healthcare data sources and partner APIs while also building frontend surfaces that show integration status and configuration.

The role is small, fast-moving, backend‑leaning but with frontend ownership. You’ll work with real-world healthcare data, design pipelines, and collaborate with product to translate needs into reliable technical plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with backend focus.
• Experience building integrations with APIs and data pipelines.
• Frontend experience with React is a plus and allowed.
• Comfortable with healthcare data and complex onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and own backend integrations: services, pipelines, and APIs connecting our platform to external systems.
• Develop frontend surfaces: React interfaces for monitoring integration status and mappings.
• Work with real-world healthcare data: ingestion, formats, and onboarding workflows.
• Participate in architectural decisions with a full-stack perspective.
• Operate with autonomy on a small, fast-moving team.
• Collaborate with product to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Write reliable, maintainable code and surface blockers early.
