Job summary

Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Growth & Onboarding team. You will build customer-facing surfaces and backend systems that bring new providers onto the platform, focusing on onboarding flows, customization workflows, benchmarking tools, and tools that support sales and marketing in expanding the provider base.

You will develop React-based interfaces, work on APIs, data models, and service logic for onboarding and growth, and collaborate with sales, marketing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (frontend and backend).
• Strong backend fundamentals: system design, data modeling, API development, service reliability.
• Solid frontend experience in React-based applications with TypeScript.
• Customer-oriented mindset in early-stage lifecycle onboarding.
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and design stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and own full-stack features across growth surfaces (onboarding, customization, benchmarking, sales/marketing tooling).
• Develop React-based interfaces guiding providers through onboarding and customization options.
• Contribute to backend APIs, data models, and service logic for onboarding/growth workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical planning and design discussions, offering full-stack input.
• Write maintainable code with well-structured APIs and performant frontend components.
• Communicate blockers, risks, and questions proactively to keep the team aligned.
